I am writing this letter to say a huge thankyou for all the effort you put in to selling our house, 12 Roches Avenue, Bayview. We had a rather unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience in the hands of another Real Estate company and after being on the market for five months we were at the end of our tether - as you well know! From the minute you took over we felt so much more confident in the way that all procedures were being handled. Your advertising was absolutely first class, as was your follow up of all potential buyers, you pursued them in a most professional yet friendly manner, of which you are renound for. I have always considered you the "First Lady" of Real Estate in this area and that can only be confirmed by the way you handled the sale of our property.
